Lakeland-really fast home delivery

I placed an order online with Lakeland on Sunday night, got an email saying it had been dispatched on Monday and it arrived today, I'm really impressed as I wasn't expecting it for a week or so-fantastic. It was also free p&p, not sure if that's standard for them or if it was because my order was over a certain amount.

Just thought I'd share as it's nice to give/see praise instead of complaints-well done Lakeland

They are a brilliant company in my experience - they've really shown how it's possible to go from a tiny family enterprise (selling plastic food bags and nowt else!) to a huge company hanging on to the best customer service.

Mind you , they sell one or two (or three) totally useless gadgets these days...but some of their stuff is invaluable.

I agree that they are brilliant. I took back some electronic scales this weekend that I bought June 2009 as they had stopped working. Printed off my order online to take with me. No quibbles, switched them for a new set, gave me the free gift that came with the new set and a couple of pounds back as they were cheaper than my original scales.
The staff in the stores and on their ordering lines are always so helpful and polite, so they will always get my custom!
