Sorry one more point, Get a seperate account to pay companies like these, Then your money from wages etc can be put into another account were they cant touch them. Just open a bog standard account and only put the exact money into it what you want them to pay, no overdraft or anything then they cant take anymore or anyless.0

agree with the seadogs, except for on one point if they have a signed agreement even if the bank do give the money back they can probably reverse it with the agreement... i read this on a different forum...0
