I run a comedy club and needed a laptop to connect to the projector and also to do some of the things you mentioned there. Laptops Direct seemed OK and deleivered as promised and seemed a nice easy transaction. I have no return issues, so have not dealt with any of their aftersales, but thought i would let you know that i was quite pleased with this model.
I paid £1100 for a vaio laptop in March and I know I'd have been better saving the money when i look at the differences between the two over the financial contrast...0 -
Thanks for that jonnym, looks good.
I was a bit scared because I thought you were gonna say it cost £1100:eek:

When I was looking for a laptop I used the forum on whatlaptop.co.uk
http://www.whatlaptop.co.uk/Forums/Default.aspx
got some good friendly advice from there about other computer issues too!:think:0 -
The bottom two on this page should do all that you are looking for (except I didn't understand the transmit TV signals to a TV).
