Has anyone had dispatch emails since about 12 this morning?

I dont seem to remember anyone commenting saying they have done! Hope they aint got onto it and then start cancelling orders soon

No despatch e-mail for me either, still sitting at order processing

Made 2 separate orders of the TIGI shampoo sets. Used '2' & '4' at the end of code. Both worked & confirmed by email! Yey...:)

It's still working with a 4 on the end. I'm stopping now before they catch on and bill me properly for the three things I have bought with a discount.

I made 2 orders at 1a.m one despatched one not to different emails thinking my second won't be honoured.

I haven't received any dispatch emails for any orders, only confirmation. Should we be worried?

sometimes it takes a while to dispatch items from the warehouse - think about it, we've massively increased the orders in and they still have the same amount of people to dispatch items!

Im not sure as on the site they say they pick and pack within an hour and dispatch asap, I'm not holding out hope for the ones without dispatches.

what is the difference in the order status'

Some I have as "received" and some are "order processing"??

are they checking on people using more than 1 code?

it has let me use SORRYUK27101001 SORRYUK27101002 & SORRYUK27101003 & DELAYED2210 all on the same account!
