From what I've seen there are in fact two models of White Knight condensor dryers (full size ones, there is another dinky one I think). One has a white door and the other has a silver/chrome door.
One definately scans at £119 as we were lurking round CS thinking we'd spotted the offending item and wondering how we were going to drag it to the self-scanner to check (lol) when someone actually asked to buy one. It scanned at £119. I think its the other model that must scan at £189, but you need a store that might have mixed the labels up (I can't recall whether it said the model number on the label, I think not so its possible the stores will get this wrong...)
Sorry to be so vague, but we were really on the look-out for the TV! A new tumble dryer would have been a good consolation prize as we need both!

Hi
10 days ago got 3 packs of 5 sirloin steak, SEL £10.87 pack £12.87, saw more of them on Saturday but reisisted as was in a hurry, went back today all packs had big sticker £10.87 per kg, but shelf said £10.37 couldn't resist picking up another 3 bags!
Also sandwich fillers the yellow SEL says 2 for £2 300g - I picked up 1 pot with a 2for £2 sticker but another pot (chicken & sweetcorn 300g) without sticker - discount didn't come off. CS tried to argue that it had to have the 2for £2 sticker on the pot but I argued that the sign didn't say that, nor did it specify flavours so it should apply to all sandwich fillers! Her supervisor agreed with me.
She nearly had a heart attack when I then got out the flake cereal bars 2 for £2.20 !
over £35 refunded ...... every little helps0 -
Be warned if you're going to buy multiples of the same flavour of the Tesco cereal bars. I was cautious and bought one of the choc chip and one cranberry and the discount didn't come off so a full refund for me. However, CS were puzzled and experimented with different combinations and found if she scanned the same item twice the disc did come off..... so mix them up and buy one of each flavour at a time - It definitely says "any 2 for £2.20",0

I've stocked up on these from several stores and so far the discount has not come off regardless of the varieties. One store I bought 4 packs of choc chip and 4 apricot and was charged 31.25 each. Another store only had choc chip so I got 6 of those and was overcharged again . Funnily enough the CS lady in that store said that the packs with Buy 2 for £2.20 were obviously OLD STOCK and the offer had finished so they shouldn't have been on display - that might have sounded possible in her store but I don't know what she would have thought about the previous store which had LOADS of all the varieties.
Looking at my receipts, none of them have been scanned individually - they've just put 4 x .... through the till together. I don't know if that makes a difference.
All staff were lovely and I also got a couple of tales about how Head Office are always making a c*** up with the offers and needed a boot up their bum.ELITE 5:2
