Bought 2 of these on Wednesday but unable to report due to talktalk incompetence. In library at the moment (dedicated or what?)

Phone had SEL of £169.97 with £20 discount if bought £40 in store, making the phone price £149.97. I looked around the corner and on a different display was the same phone with an error on the SEL which stated £169.97 but £147.97 after the discount. A clear misprice of £2.00.

I bought 2 of these and after a lengthy wait and numerous managers flapping about, they gave me a full r&r.

They still cannot get it right even when they follow me around the store taking sels off shelves to stop me. They have been doing this for a few weeks now. I got my wife to pick these up as I went to a different part of the store, met her at the electrical dept and paid for them. They were livid. One to me Mr T.

This is not an airtime spend (although suspect that WOULD trigger discount), it's for a £20 spend on anything: so don't buy airtime.
Got R&R with a grimace.
Make sure you pick up the virgin phone though as others have different offers.

I got this too the SEL just said spend £20 in store but it should have said spend £20 on air time
the next store I visited the SEL did say spend £20 on air time to get the discount so I didn't try it


while at the C/S desk I saw a lady getting a refund on I think lindt chocolate out of date white SEL £1.18 charged £1.38 the wrapper was white with black writing
another lady was getting a refund on finest soups mushroom and maderia I think multi save was not working


I also got a pink nokia 6111 ,link save of spend £40 instore and get £20 off did not come off ,it did not have to be on air time , the SEL was white as if not in the offer but it was listed on the handy little leaflet by the phones
also the banner by the phones also said £20 off a £40 spend in store on any tesco network phone over £50 R&R no problem

Dynasty Warriors on PSP. Sticker £19.94, SEL £19.99.
Scans at the higher price, RnR no problem.

I found a PSP today and forgot to report it here. Tiger Woods Golf - stickered £19.9x, sel and scanned £29.9x. There was another that was not stickered, so they may be few and far between.

Benq Siemans mobile phone on T-mobile is £99.99 or £79.99 when bought with £20.00 groceries.

This will be a definite R&R as like the peble it is suppose to say when bought with £20.00 airtime. Confirmed at desk whilst trying combinations. I got peble.

Just got another copy of a stickered (15.97) true crime trilogy DVD scan (17.97) and a futurama season 4 stickered (19.xx) scan (22.xx) so £40 for me (this was Cardiff Extra).
The manager was explaining (though this is prob common knowledge - though not for me!) that the stickers go on outside the store by some org begining with F who also control the computers but can't seem to get things correct.
CS tried to fob me off with a £5 but after I pointed to the poster on the wall (as if they didn't know it) quickly made the refund.
