Tesco misprices thread 6 - please only post misprices here

After reading all the posts over the last week & a couple of bum trips to Tesco where I had to forget my credit card I got my first r & r today, lean steak mince SEL £3.19 pack price £3.48, no arguments from cs.

I feel like a child so proud and reporting back to his parents !!!!

also forgot to say I only went in to take advantage of the health & beuty vouchers ended up getting £43 shopping for £13 with 283 points - result

i think there might be a possible overcharge they were 184.xx but with tescos inflating and deflating prices all the time u never know

2 boxes of Bold washing powder - 'Ocean', expired SEL, r&r no probs

lady also at CS got an R&R on fake finger nails, SEL £5.94 charged £6.94

Hiya

After seeing someone get this at one store travelled to my next store to try - Basically they had 1 litre bottles and 70 cl bottles - 70 cl is on yellow sel at £18.xx - however my store have yellow sel with the litre bottles which of course scan at £26.xx

CS pointed out that i had the litre bottle so no R&R - asked her where i could get the 70cl bottle that goes with the SEL - They didnt have any :rolleyes: she went off to speak to manager who agreed r n r on 2 bottles

Check out your store to see what they are stocking..... Have since tried 2 other stores - both stocked the 2 sizes so wouldnt work

Now i just have to work out who i like enough to give them this as an xmas present!!

Got some nice cranberry sauce ready for Christmas. Bought it as it was cheap, ended up free due to the misprice

English Provender Co., Organic, Wild Cranberry Sauce 240g. On the top shelf in the cranberry sauce area,

SEL 72p Discontinued EPC Wild Cranberry 240g.

Went through at £1.59. CS tried to say that as the barcode on SEL was different than on the jar it was obviously for a different product so were only going to offer the difference back.

I corrected them and got my full refund.:T
