This afternoon I got a half lamb shoulder. There were 2 large yellow labels staing £2.69 kilo, pack marked £3.69 kilo. CS went off and returned saying that it was £3.69 kilo, so i went to the display with her and pointed out the 2 large yellow labels.
Full R&R given - didn't even mention policy, CS even said that meat tastes better when it's free.

Saw 2 for £5 on a shelf end near tills for Chocolates at the weekend, it looked like a good offer so I had them, checked receipt and had been charged full amount.

Went to CS, they went off to check and came back and gave me a refund, I said that I should have got the Chocs to keep but they said no we cannot as they are out of date. They said they thought that they had cleared the shelves (how they missed it I am not sure as it was like a small mountain!)

So I said of course I was not happy, not only had they overcharged me but sold out of date stuff as well and I get less than if they had made just 1 mistake.

Manager was called and he allowed me to get choccies to the same value.

Tesco Extra Hatfield - 2 pack sirloin steak reduced from 12.87 to 10.87 but lots of packs at both prices. Had three - full r+r but SEL taken and manager said to CS NOT to put it down as a SEL error but find another code instead.

Got 2 pairs of the black combat trousers today size 8/9 with a £12 tag on, scan at £13. Does anyone know if I have to return them to the same store that I bought them from as I got another pair and got an Refund yesterday.

Tesco Norwich yesterday - lamb reduced to 4.99 kg but ALL priced at 5.99.

Couldnt get any as wasnt coming home until today.:j
