Iqon 12" Turion Latop seen at 12noon Wednesday (29th Nov).

Out Of Date Yellow SEL ( exp 28/11/06) £599.99p but charging original price of £639.99p.

Being a valuable item in glass cabinet, the sales girl on electricals noticed the price, and checked as it came up on her electricals dept till at £639.99p she said she will have to overide and give us a discount of £40 !!! :eek: ......so we withdrew and decided to browse a few more shops first.


If your local larger Tesco displays its laptops on shelves and has the ood yellow sel, and the CD case for you to take to checkouts.......GO FOR IT.:p

Pack of red and yellow peppers when bought with spring onions there should be a discount of 50% on onions, this failed to come off.

Tesco Extra in Weston Favell had Paint-by-Numbers box sets stacked in purple/blue display boxes which had £7-97 in a circle on the bottom right.
They should be £9-97 and scan at £9-97 - got R & R no problem.

CS were moaning about the dept. and said they had now been informed so they may not be available any more but there may be other products inappropriately displayed else where - so keep your eyes peeled.

Incidently, I couldn't find any self-scanners. Asked one assistant and she said there used to be but she thinks they have gone now - lets hope this isn't a trend.

Bratz Diamonds make up doll Out of date SEL for £20.22 expired on the 28th November. Doll scans at £26.97. Got to CS and there was a lady in front of me with same doll, CS tried to refund £6 odd to the card until we pointed to the policy!!

She did state though that she would have to go and remove the label.

but
Tesco 2 pack sirloins are at £12.87 kg
no mention on offer sign stating any weight,amount per pack or similar to qualify for promotion price !!!!
