Hi all,
The company I worked for in Donegal Seatem, Ireland closed its doors on 18th August due to liquidation. Since then we have been told week after week that an administrator was going to be appointment and that we couuld fill out the necessary RP50 form to begin claiming redundacy off the Irish government, unfortunately we still havent heard anything about the administrator actually being appointed and nearly 2 months on I still havent been able to begin applying for redundancy. Basically our company were london based with offices in London, Belfast and Ireland. I have heard reports that the London and Belfast administrators have signed off each office and they are in the process of redundancy but the Irish office has been totally left in the dark can anyone shine any light at all onto what I can do?
