Right click the recycle bin, check properties. Are the options set correctly
to not bypass it? Also, if you have a stuck <shift> key, this problem can
occur as <shift>+<delete> will bypass the recycle bin.

    Right click on Recycle Bin.
    Click on Properties.
Check to see if Do not move files to Recycle Bin. Remove file immediately when deleted box has been ticked.
If it has been ticked, untick it and then click Apply and then OK.

The OP has an issue with the recycle bin not showing files once they are deleted, meaning deleted files are not being sent to the RB. :)

Just a bit of extra information is all >>>for when the OP wants to recover deleted files >>> add it to the Wikki .
