Recovery Disks ? Legal

I have got a massive collection of packard bell and a couple of Advent recovery disks are these copyrighted as ive seen alot of people asking for recovery disks and they seem to see quite well on auction sites from what ive seen , i sell laptops on ebay and i always getting people asking me to copy the recoverys disks for them , is this legal ?
If it doesn't fit, force it; if it breaks, it needed replacement anyway

    Packard Bell have a thing called a "tattoo" which links the recovery disc to that particular hard drive. So you can't use any other recovery discs with them. If you do sell them, then they will be useless to the purchaser and that isn't fair

    Yes i have all the Tattoo instructions for each so that wouldnt be a problem

    Plus most of them you can just "Reload HS" for the ones that have been made by users from the partition

    Pretty much all the s/w on eBay used to enhance the value of an item is knock-off (e.g. TomTom satnav) so I don't think your auctions will cause a problem.
