Best way to get Take That tickets...?

Hiya,

Had a bit of a random question but I don't know where to look for the answer so I'm asking here!!

I want to buy Take That tickets, but there are a few websites who have them on sale.

I would like to know, if there is a website better than Ticketmaster to buy tickets on on the morning as that always crashes for me!

Also who has the best tickets? For example you will obviously get the best tickets if you go direct to the Box Office in person, but how do they allocate tickets to these websites?

each company has blocks of tickets , not sure how they are allocated

Also - With the glastonbury tickets Google Chrome worked better than any other browser - Not sure why but that was what everyone was mentioning so it's probably worthwhile getting that.
