Lloyds TSB Credit Card Over Due

Options
Hi Guys

I have a card payment that is over it's agreed amount on my Lloyds TSB card.

I'd missed a payment due to my DD being cancelled and racked up £190 charges that I need to pay ASAP.

What's confusing is my available limit shows as £190 instead of -£190. I've been told today it's a problem with the site.

I've had a spend a lot of money this month already repairing my car to get to work and bank, I can't afford to pay this amount until next pay day on the 25th of November.

I don't know what to do? I don't really want to borrow on a short term payday loan to pay this before the 25th? Are there other options?

Thanks

Do you bank with Lloyds TSB? If so, expect them to help themselves to your current account balance to clear the card.

It's called Right of Offset and you'll have agreed to it when opening the account.

Is an overdraft (extension) an option?

Sorry to hear about your problems.

Please do not bury your head in the sand.

Contact them and ask to speak to the Customer Support Unit. They will help you regarding this.

The longer you wait, chances are they will grab the money from your current/savings account - money you probably left for a gas or electric bill.

Advice is to contact them asap.
