Im a 16yo student, currently studying full time but im looking for a job throughout the Christmas holidays (and maybe I'll take it up on weekends/Part time after that too).
Can anyone recommend any places that could/would take me on? Or does anyone have any ideas that could help?
Please help in any way:oI really need a Job ASAP! Thanks :A
Just some extra Info: I live in Manchester and I've completed my GCSE's (Passed them all, did pretty well, Im quite academic..)

Most large shops (Argos, Debenhams, Boots, supermarkets etc) take on Christmas temps during the festive period, but I you are too late to get these. They usually start recruiting around the start of September so that they can get through the recruitment and training processes in time.0

Maybe try hotels or restaurants? You might get work over New Year and depending when the holidays fall before Christmas as well. Be aware though that they may well expect you to work Christmas Day."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0

I reccomend Royal Mail. Postie is a well paid job (above minimum) and they recruit seasonal staff. Have a look at the careers website0

You can go to your uni career and development department and ask any job from them.0
