I have given the wife a credit card...

I have made the wife an additional card holder on my Halifax Clarity card so we can use it in America. I there anyway of telling on the bill who has made what transaction so we can pay what we owe??

Don't know about the Halifax but First Direct separate the transcations by card on my credit card on which my hisband has an additional card.

The debt is looked on by me as on e debt though, we don't just pay for our own transactions, the payment comes out of the joint account.

Nope you will have to both keep your receipts and check your statement when it arrives and then get your calculator out :)
