E4 on demand help

My son enjoyed watching Hollyoaks later which he watched on E4 on demand via pc.However since i have installed catchup tv he is having problems.It keeps asking for a pin but when it is entered nothing happens.he has tried changing the pin also ticked the box to override the pin.Any help would be appreciated.

Have you emailed customer support of both companies
They'd be in a better position to help you with your issue IMOIf Adam and Eve were created first
