entering BFPO address on boots. com

Hello,
I'm having nightmares ordering on boots website I used to use the HA4 6DQ postcode but the order was cancelled last time and when I phoned to enquire they explained it was because that postcode was used.
So I tried to enter the BFPO number but it keeps throwing a thrombo saying that it cannot deliver to that postcode.
I'm in Cyprus so have no other option. Just a thought, when I log in to Boots website do I have to select the 'international' website?
Thanks

Use the BFPO address not the postcode. I had problems when I first logged in - I rang customer services in the end and they helped me, and now the account is set up it's easy - I just use the quick checkout button. I'm pretty sure I use the UK site.0

I use the UK site and have had no issues using the BFPO address, or changing it when I went from BFG to BFC. Your right though, you have no choice for nappies and milk though!0

If you insert the BFPO address, boots will deliver.
They just charge you £6 extra.
If you try to avoid this payment via the HA4 6DQ postcode, they will cancel your order.

hi there,
I used the BFPO address with Boots because I am in Portugal at the moment and didnt find a problem inputting the address. I did ask them why they were charging 6 pounds to send the package to a BFPO address though and they stated that they have to send a lorry to deliver in person to BFPO. The website also predicted 4 weeks delivery time but it was 2 weeks max.0 -
i use the BFPO address, also superdrug deliver to BFPO and they have a free delivery on. I have not used it but a friend has.:beer:0
