Hubby has the car working as it should be :Turns out the first part he replaced which was the clutch was faulty :mad:so two wasted weekends wasted for nothing  on the plus side we should be getting a refund of £130 :T but the stupid faulty part needs to be sent away first to prove its faulty  but might actually put this money into the mortgage fund depending on how we are doing for money next week or just plough it into the credit card need to think xx
Barclaycard just email confirming balance transfer is accepted :T less money to pay interest on :T

Kitchen has been cleaned whilst boys had their snack and juice surfaces washed dishes done and floor swept and steam cleaned trying to keep on top of cleaning as had a mini meltdown this morning at hubby as nobody seems to put rubbish away like empty soap dispensers should be put in the plastic bin but no they would rather let it run out then when someone else needs to use it it's empty  don't think my family realise how hard it is to keep a house look after a toddler as well looking after other people's kids and do all my paperwork as wellkitchen is sparkling anyway not that it'll stay that way for long :rotfl: rant over xx

Nipped into boots as they have a 70% sale off their gift sets and got a Katy perry gift set for me £23 reduced to £7 a marvel gift set for xander £10 reduced to £3 Ferrari gift set for hubby £20 reduced to £6 and a so..... Gift set £7 reduced to £2.10 so saved a pretty penny there and it's a little treat for all of us xx

Decided what I'm doing with the money from the refund of the faulty part.......I'm putting it towards the kids passports that I'm ordering next month and I'm needing £138 for all three  so that'll will cover that and I've also decided I'm going to put my college wages through to the mortgage account as I really want as much as we can in that account before December

Sorry not been on for a couple of day hubby decided to see how he would go about obtaining a mortgage as he has a rubbish credit report defaults from 5 years and they've told him because of my credit we can get a joint mortgage for £50k  so we've been busy looking for properties and we have a viewing tomorrow  scary stuff and I feel stressed about it tbh xx
Spent £10.57 on a few bits in Asda and £5 for my bushy eyebrows to get waxed working 7.30am til 12.30pm and started working again at 3pm and will be working til 8.30pm  quite tired my three kids are going to their grans for ice skating and staying there til Sunday :T so will get the viewing done in peace xx

Hi abba
Wow your life sounds busy at the moment. Hope you managed to put your feet up a bit over the weekend and that baby k is ok now.
How was the viewing??. Very exciting times.
Hope all goes well. xxx0 -
It went ok but rooms were too small and no scope to do a loft conversion as ideally we want all the kids to have their own rooms eventually........got another viewing today but hubby just realised that who we got a mortgage promise from is actually One of his defaults :eek:doesn't look promising but I'm going to get the financial advisor to try just my income and see where we are xx
Been busy this morning entered my meter reading and compared bills from last year and saved £50 this year so being tight with the heating is working :rotfl: so paid that straight away bye bye £295 (money out by every month for this)and there was leftover money in the electricity account so transferred £100 into the mortgage account..........completed a surgery and cashed out £25 so once that's in the bank I'll be putting it in the mortgage account so it's all adding up roll on Friday for the college paying my childcare xx
Need to pay for the kids swimming lessons tomorrow that £80.40 for a 10 week session but I get paid tomorrow off one of my parents so that'll cover it also have parcels to post as sold the majority of daughters too small stuff on eBay made £30 so since the clear out I've made £75 on her stuff and £25 on our eldest sons stuff so getting there slowly but surely xx
Also out my avon through the books are rubbish this time of year but with the sales I've made I'll make £40 commission so again half of that will go into the mortgage account xx
I'm determined to get this account up to £6000 by the end of the year come hell or high water I will do it as well as clear one credit card xx
Right off to get ready for hubby picking us up for this viewing xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
Hope today's viewing goes well and fingers crossed for the mortgage.
How long til Hubby's defaults drop off? Maybe you'd get a better answer then?
Hope baby K's head is better now, poor thing!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
House was a damp mouldy she'll of a thing surely estate agents should be done with false advertisement was very disappointed ......... Bathroom floor was soaking wet with water running down the walls  they were asking for offers over £41k but it's only work £41k according to the home report so defo not worth it xx got another one tonight tho xx
All of his defaults are due off next year bar one but the one that's not coming off is being questions as according to checkmyfile they've broke their contract by not giving proof of how much a car was sold for at auction.......they tried to claim a ten thousand pound car only sold for £1400 hubby asked for proof and they kept fobbing him off never gave him proof if how much it sold for xx
Baby k is much better thanks he's only got a little bruise on his head now til next time :rotfl:
Spent £1.93 buying pot noodles and a magazine and £5 in a charity shop for toys for baby k to be kept at grans god two large bags full :T
Got another house viewing tomorrow night at 6.30pm as well hoping to get another one in tomorrow as well we are gluten for punishment aren't we xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
