It's under £4000 as we added the car on but it only cost us £2800 for a 7 seated and bobs a mechanic so no more nasty car bills lol xx
Hoping to get credit cards down after adding to them when moving oh doesn't know how much he owes but he's dealing with any debt that's caught up with him so far so I'm quite proud of him xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
I'm back
We have a new addition to the family called Kaleb William and he's sooooooo cute but I would said that as I'm his mummy lol
He was born on the 20th August the exact same day as his big brother so they both share a birthday he was 11 days early as was induced due my pelvis giving up and he weighed a whooping 8lb 8oz so if I went full term he would have been a easy 10lber..........ouch xx
I went back to work as a childminder missed it loads forgot how much I loved being self employed no one to answer to but my self.............and obviously the inspectors lmao xx
Started on Tuesday first day was a shock after not working for nearly 8 months but Thursday was great with them and as they are my brothers MIL kids they all know each other all tho she grudges giving me the money saying she works 16 hours a week yet I make more than her.......eh I'm looking after your 3 kids and I can't take on any more mindees until she knows for defo what her set hours are so I think I'm being very flexible........word of advice never mix family and money as I reckon this might become a problem it's not like its costing her anything as the tax credits pay her childcare so it's not costing her a penny grrrrrrrrr rant over xx
My OH is starting up his own mobile mechanics business as he's just not happy at his work he was getting more and more depressed so I told him to quit as there are a lot of unscrupulous actions going on there such as theft, stealing from till and just down right twits working there and it was getting to him and no job is worth that so with my maternity pay and my wages from childminding this will cover the shortfall in his wages any anything he earns will be a bonus so we are going to be exactly the same money wise so we shouldn't struggle I hope.
The debt is coming down ok not as quick as I would like it but we are getting there considering we have a wedding in 10 months OMG how scary is that........thank god for eBay as we have a load of stuff on watch front here from bridesmaid presents to cake toppers and kilts for baby's so we will defo get that on budget. Does anyone have ideas for favours we were thinking of getting love heart sweets with our names and date of the wedding on it but should we offer an alternative?? Any suggestions would be welcomed xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -

Choo xxxx
I've been quite quiet on here which I do miss tbh but I try to jump on every few days to read everyone's diaries tho xx
Well our hamster passed away in her sleep last week so we've buried her in our back garden and I've told the kids I can't do another hamster as its heartbreaking that this is the second one in a ear that has passed away through no fault of our own as first one we got from pet shop had a disease in fact so did the last one but we nursed her back to health but she just fell asleep and never woke back up poor wee thing will miss her terribly as she was quite a character so I sold her cage and ball (after disinfecting it of course lol ) so got £15 for that.
OH have decided to go back to his old work instead of going it alone at the moment which is sensible but I needed him to come to the conclusion so we might be coating right not regarding finances but once he's back to work and getting the right wages we will be quite comfy but I promise not to get complacent with the money as I have a wedding to pay car insurance in November and also Christmas to sort out.
Speaking of Xmas I have made a huge dent in my shopping list
I have bought so far
A galaxy Samsung tab 2 tablet was £139 got it for £111
Red Nintendo 3ds xl was £160 got it for £124
A superdry hoodie reduced from £65 to £24:eek:
A converse jacket for DS from £45 to £24
A Adidas track suit for ds2 from £30 to £12
Adidas trousers for dd from £25 to £9
Talking Mickey Mouse for ds2 part if the argos 3for2 offer
Rock and roll Elmo from £60 to £30
Loads of 6-9 months clothes from the asda sale spent under £35 and got loads
Plus much much much more xx
So I've made a dent glad I got the two expensive kids presents rout the way plus Kalebs Xmas is all sorted out now so that's one child out of the way :T only two more to go plus the big kids to buy for
Also transferred £450 to my tesco card as its 0% until August so I might as well make the most of it kinda bummed its back up but might as well take advantage of the 0% whilst it lastsNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
Wow that's super organised about Christmas especially with a new baby. I have 3 small stocking fillers for dd so far and that's it. The rule in our house is no Christmas shopping until after Halloween x0
