    I'm back :hello:

And straight on the the debt busting wagon :T

Holiday was great I enjoyed it there were a few blips but do you know what it was great and we will be going back but when Kk is 10/11 so we have 5/6 years to worry about that again but I've learnt a lot of what you need out there ticket wise o hodully it won't be as expensive next time round xx

So we only arrived back last night me and hubby have had six hours sleep within 48 hours and I had to go back to work today at 7.30am with a new mindee  no rest for the wicked :rotfl: the wee ones first day went in quite quickly and he was a joy to look after xx

I've set my first target I want the Halifax cleared by Xmas :D bit ambitious but I want it done. The reason it's back up high again is because I put some of the balance from the holiday on there and also I put on the outstanding balance from the tyre company from hubby's self employment venture that didn't pan out  but I'm by that now :rotfl:

I've also set out a mini target within this target I need to pay off £458.42 before the 5th August as that's when my 0% deal on this amount runs out so I've sent £129.85 towards this card today would have been more but hubby's two credit cards came out when we were on holiday so had to transfer the money over to his account  so I have £328.27 to find within two weeks and I think I can do it :T woo hoo

So it's begun I'm back on the payment a day malarkey :rotfl: and it feels great tbh as I want this debt gone and I've refused to book another holiday until this Halifax card is cleared and hubby knows this so he's on board too

Other great news is hubby's getting a full bursary from college it's £400 a month plus fuel expenses :T I'm so excited for him I really am

He's got a couple of homers this week then he's back to working with his friend next week......if he gives me any money from the homers it'll be getting sent straight to the Halifax card :D so anything extra will be a bonus :D

Hope everyone is doing ok and I'm off to catch up on peoples diaries xx

Nice to have you back abba, glad you had a great time, once you've been to Florida you tend to want to go back! Know what you mean about the tickets, they're so blooming expensive and we didn't use them all the first time, you live and learn.

Good luck with the debt busting and that's fab news about hubby's bursary, I'm sure you'll smash all your targets :)

we didnt use a universal one but ive just sold it so that money is going towards a light ive wanted since we moved into this house two years ago its a bit pricey at £199 but its soooooo pretty and technically its not costing me anything as i sold the ticket for £180 plus i have a Kennedy space centre ticket up for grabs so once thats sold im skipping down to next to buy MY light ........ive waited long enough for it and hubby can wire it in for me :T

    Evening :hello:

It's been a funny day jet lag is a killer let me tell you I didn't wake up til 1.30pm I slept for 14 hours :eek::eek: and I'm still struggling

Jumped in the shower before waking the boys who were still sleeping then got one of the suitcases emptied and clothes out on the washing line :T

Went into town with the boys as their uniform grant was in the bank :T managed to get Xander his trainers for school we seen a pair in jd sports for £75 :eek::eek::eek: asked him if we could pop into sports direct cause he's a adults size 7 he's only 11 for goodness sake so we popped into there and the exact same pair were £39.99 :T but they didn't have them in a 7 and they suggested I check online which I did :D and they were reduced to £25 the exact same pair in jd sports  so I've ordered them for him plus got us some drinks from the pound shop for £2 and a bottle of hand wash £1

Hubby picked us up and we went over to next and we picked up 5 polo shirts for £15 and a pair of school shoes for £19 just need to order his jumpers and we are sorted for Kk starting school :T

I ordered my light cause they had none in stock so that's my £199 I earned last night gone but I pick it up tomorrow, I also bought two side lamps they were £50 reduced to £38 each :D but hubby gave me the money for them as I've wanted these lights to complete our room since we moved in so I'll sell my old lamps and lightshade this weekend anything I make will be put towards the credit card :T

The only things I need for my room is a full length mirror and my slats on my blinds replaced oh and a new bed so I think I might start treating the house to things once I complete a target.......gives me more of an incentive to get this debt gone, quicker it's paid the quicker I can treat the house to things :rotfl:

Also done our mammoth food shop £66 in b&m and £128 in farmfoods thankfully I had my vouchers and saved £12.50 on my farmfoods shop :T cupboard and freezer is heaving just need to pop to lidl for fresh fruit and veg and cheese :D

Sent £10.87 towards the Halifax card :T

I've sent the remaining money from the clothing grant into the savings just so I don't get too excited and send it over to the Halifax :rotfl: so I'm off to price up jumpers and a fleece for Kk then I can start sorting out xanders school stuff for high school

    evening :hello:

well I woke up at 11.30am getting earlier :rotfl: good job I didn't start work at 2.30pm today :D

Managed to get xanders bag emptied of the washing and got it on the line and gave the kitchen a quick tidy after we finished lunch

wee mindee came so we decided go to the softplay which turns out theyve changed the times  so we decided to go to the park so we nipped to homebargains and sent £8.10 on fairy non bio, cold sore cream for hubby :( , deodrant for me and juice and sweeties for the park :T

after the park nipped to next to pick up my light only to get it home and its the wrong colour :mad::mad::mad: was sooooo excited too :(:( so had to return it and get another one ordered so hopefully the right one will be sent

nipped to lidl spent £34.01 on fresh fruit and veg as well as eggs cheese and other little bits i couldn't get at farmfoods

plans for tonight is to sort the avon out for deliveries on Friday and if i have time sort the washing piles out and put the non ironing pile away meaning I can get the ironing out the way tomorrow morning before i start work at 11am tomorrow xx

sent another £10 towards the halifax card hoping on friday I can hit it a bit harder xx
