I'd love to be mortgage free by 50. I don't think it will happen, but I aim for it to be not too far after! If anyone can do it by 45 it will be you :rotfl:
I agree with you on this!!:rotfl:
Debt (1/9/14) £6,702.11 Debt free (30/11/2016) mortgage port- £70,077.82 and mortgage £126,517.39 o/s currently
Debt - £17,190.83 (29/7/22) now (19/8/22) £16,688.800 -
I've had a hellish day.......cried twice which is rarer than a blue moon as I very rarely cry and no I ain't due :rotfl: it's because of abbies school and how very unsupportive they are towards her
She's still having issues with her pelvis / hips to the point she called me in tears because she has to do gymnastics as part of her nat 5 and because she told them she's struggling they just told her if she doesn't do it she'll be dropped a grade :eek::eek: how supportive is that
Phoned the doctor and chased up her X-ray results only to be told everything look fine.......eh hospital told me she was out of alignment so !!!!!! que me going bush at the doctors
Then I get a call from the school to say the letter we submitted from the doctor wasn't specific enough :mad::mad::mad: now I miss having to pay another £20 for another letter asking for the school to consider a quiet room for Abbie during her exams if she feels she needs it depending on how her anxiety is :mad: and another £20 for a letter to say she having problems with her pelvis and she may not be able to perform as highly as she would during her pe exam.........£60 in letters with this school and they are just taking the p%$s :mad::mad:
Sent £5.02 towards the Halifax brining it under another hundred bracket next brack takes me under the £2k markshould be able to get this by the end of the week
But I spent on my very accountbought Kk a pikachu tracksuit was £14 down to £7.20 and a pair of Nike tracksuit bottoms was £24 down to £11.20 :T:T and a iPhone for Abbie  was £379 down to £329..........before you think she's spoiled she's not we've ordered her the phone as her phone is not working we can't hear her when she calls us and it keeps glitching but she's had it for 2 years but it is on the agreement that come August she'll be paying us £30 a month for it as she'll be getting paid £30 a week to go to school a school she'll be 16 then so I'll be making sure I get it back for sure
Finish work at 6pm tonight and tbh I don't intend to do my workout video tonight ......sorry monz will get back on it tomorrow night I promise xx
Mortgage provider will be phoning tonight to officially verify I want to move over to the new mortgage deal we will be paying £398.12 as opposed to £431.82 we are on just now so a saving is a saving :TNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
That's totally out of order re the school, I think I'd be on the phone to the education department to point out that firstly the school are less than supportive and secondly to find out about the PE, that can't be right surely?? I know that 'Exceptional Circumstances' can be used as we had to use it for my dd, it's on the SQA website. The teachers must be fully aware of Abbie's ability so surely there must be a way round this, I'd be fuming :mad:0

Because it's pe exceptional circumstances don't apply as it's no the sqa who are asssesing them it's the teacher whilst they record her movements so I've ordered the letter so they can send it alongside her paperwork and her videos ..............it's just a pain in the bum nonnie I feel so low today because I feel like no on either is listening but I will be considering phoning the education board tomorrow xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -

It's so frustrating and it's not right that they dealt with it so badly, especially with Abbie already having a problem with anxiety. I can't believe you need a letter to get a quiet room for the exams! They haven't been too bad at dealing with stress at our school, but I have to say that because we had 2 pupils take their own lives last year they have really worked hard to help all the kids deal with anxiety and stress. In fact Luke has signed up for a mindfulness course that they are going to run, I'm really hoping that it'll help keep him calmer re exams.....today was the French speaking test and last night was not fun.
I hope it all gets sorted out and thank goodness Abbie has you fighting for her......just think another 10ish weeks and they'll all be done, well till next year anyway :rotfl:0 -
Also a slightly different perception.
Stressful as it all is believe me when I say that in a few years it will not matter.

I think the school are being REALLY unreasonable, Firstly how dare they question the GP's letters. Sorry but someone there is really being a jobsworth.
You are strong - sometimes its good to cry to just release it. She's a good kid and will come good regardless as she has you as an inspiration.
Much love as always
