Went to our remortgage appointment with my bank blooming waste of time apparently we can't afford it even though we would be saving £85 a month so go figure will just let the broker deal with it at the end of March and I'll continue to get this debt down as much as possible :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Yeah we won't need to do a credit search til the end of March So hopefully it won't impact us too much
It was to remortgage and the bank said we would have saved £85 a month :T but we said we were happy to keep paying what we were which would have knocked 7 years off our mortgage and saved us over £15000 in interest yet they still said we couldnt afford it  madnessNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -
Its all about their so called affordability checks these days.
I would most certainly get a mortgage these days based on them.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
