Back to work after incapacity and disabled child - self employed route

Im looking into going self employed , Im currently On Incapacity benefit over a year and will be doing 16 hours or so and under the £6k ,
I have a disabled daughter who is on higher rate dla, and get underlying carers will be earning under the £103 rule
I gather there is a back to work grant and £40 a week back to work for first year
Ive been looking at the working tax credit and child tax credit route which will more or less compensate the benefits obviously I may not be able to get housing benefit or council tax,
I will be buying stock so will need as much help as I can get
will i be entitiled to extra tax credits due to being on incapacity or anything I have over looked,

    Caused by trauma and take 100mg of anti depressants every day and sleeping tablets without fail but dont claim disability for myself I have enough to do for my child so never have claimed that part
