    a massage!!! search around to see if any spa's local to her do special massage packages for pregnant ladies!!

    when I was expecting my first baby my mum bought me a bracelet made from tiger eye beads (to represent strength) I wore it through my labour & used it afterwards when breast feeding to remind me which side I was feeding from next, I was really touched by this gift & wore it when I had my other two babies too & it still remains really special to me
