Hi, I am currently a carer (unpiad) for my partner who gets lower rate DLA care, we get a small amount of income support and he also gets higher rate incapacity benefit. I am thinking of returning to work and I am looking at tax credits, trying to work out what we will be entitled to if I work 30 hours per week. I have tried the calculator but I am confused by it all! what are we likely to get from tax credits,( we are both over 25, no children) if our earnings is my 30 hours minimum wage job a week, and higher rate incapacity benefit of £106.40? Can anyone shed any light on this please?
November £10 a day challenge. Im starting early- 66p so far!
