It’s not a finger in the air and if you could explain to me what you would do or would have done if you were me, to make housing easier to get for this generation please do.

PS you have a good chance of inheriting some of that £125k which most baby boomers don't.

good chance in the hope that the parents havent mewd up to the hilt to live the lifestyle expected, most in the reason that this is total finger in the air and that baby boomers didnt have to pay the multiples for a house than what they did
i am more interested in what your solution is, instead of just saying "well what's done is done"0 -

No but it wasn’t as easy as people like Percy think my first house was 5.3 times my income, average house prices were 4.5x average wages in 1973 and were 3.8x in 2001.
Well I can’t see what I could have done since I’ve just lived in my house and paid mortgage for the last 25 years. I suppose a nice period of house price stability would be the best way forward but I can’t see anything I can do to achieve that.0 -
vote for or get the government to do what you'd like them to do.

Classic post.
Right after this too...you should stop reading forums like this - they're making you believe stuff that isn't actually true...
Governments do what the majority want. PMSL. I take it that's why we went to war?
Tony Blair should have just sat there in the inquest saying "well, yer but no but yer but, thats what the majority wanted, I bid you adieu"0 -

we know you don't understand so you've tried to confuse two separate posts on two separate points just because you were treated like a beach earlier today...0 -
try and stick to the facts - we don't want your BNP racial thoughts on this thread. you've done that already today.

please try harder - after today's ugly racist episode i'm sure you'll be trying much harder to grab attention instead of dealing with facts.0
