Lloyds TSB Mastercard

At the end of July I went online to try to re-active my online account with Lloyds TSB. As I couldn't remember my user id I filled out the form as requested and was told a new id would be sent in the post. Nothing arrived so I tried again. After a couple of months I decided I'd give them a call to find out what was the problem and in looking for my last statement released I hadn't had one since July. I called to say I seemed to be missing statements and the online id so the person I spoke to said they'd send it out again. Still nothing so I had a look on Privacyguard as I pay for a credit report to notice an address linked to me that had nothing to do with me and also noticed my TSB Mastercard was missing from my accounts list. Privacy Guard were closed for the day so I decided to call Lloyds TSB. When I finally got to speak to some one they told me my address had been changed at the end of July but could not tell me how. I was told to go into a local branch with id to get it changed, sorry etc. When I did a search on the address it is the address for Lloyds TSB branch in Stony Stratford Milton Keynes!!! How the hell could this happen, I live in Kent? I now have to waste my lunch time tomorrow to get this sorted and I bet I won't even get a proper explanation. Has this happened to anyone else and any ideas how I go about making a complaint?
