Hiya:j
me and my boyfriend are going to london on 5th Nov (only for one night travelodge special haha!).
I have had a look around the internet for various london firework displays and there is LOADSSS alot are on the 6th though
i was wondering whether any locals could reccomend the best display?
I looked at clapham fireworks.....:j
we are based at tower bridge but dont mind a tube ride.
Also we want a romantic meal before the fireworks so about 6 can anyone reccomend any great places with offers on? even better if they were near the firework display site .
I have a tastecard but because its friday most offers wont be valid.
thank you so much xx

OH and I are going to Blackheath Fireworks on the Saturday (if it happens, Lewisham Council are asking people to donate £1 to ensure it goes ahead) and then for tea at Giraffe. Maybe look in the deals section here, there's likely to be a branch of somewhere doing a Friday meal deal where you are.
There is also a list of firework displays in London on the Time Out website: http://www.timeout.com/london/aroundtown/features/3746/Best_London_Fireworks_Displays_2010.html"A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0 -
