I have started the first stage sent my cheque to request info, I have received replies from Simply Be and Next, I need some advice. When I sent the cheque I also asked them to change my surname as I am now married. They have both included credit agreements which I have supposedly completed but they both have my married name on, are not my writing and not my signature!! I have been with them both years before I got married so surely if they have a copy should be MY signature and my maiden name?
