On the subject of unpleasant clampers (is that a tautology?) has anyone been following this saga over on Pepipoo? :- Driver confronts Richard Rippon of Redroute Parking Management over £400 refund

If you asked the average person in the street to describe what a knuckle-dragging clamper looks like, Mr Rippoff would suit that description to a tee.
