Have received a letter from TCP

Hi, I received a ticket around 2 months ago in a shoppin center car park. I had totaly forgot about paying the ticket and I have received a letter today from TCP (town & city parking) demanding I pay £60 or and extra £10 admin fee will be added, If I fail topay this they threaten recovery action...
The letter I have recieved is Identicle to the first letter shown in the PPC Letters & Scams: What to Expect section.
Should I just keep ignoring these letters?
