Is this a record? OMG ... £20 for going over overdraft £30 for paying DD when overdrawn!!!! I'd laugh but it's so not funny!!!

I doubt it is a record, but I would certainly ring up your bank and have a moan at them and demand a refund - you will probably get it too!0
