Sure the sorts of things you are talking about would be copyrighted, I was selling items with pictures from the internet at one point sold a fair few then one day I got an email from ebay stating that the copyright owner had approached ebay and my listing where cancelled, but I just got a ebay warning and stopped selling the item so no problems, so it can be a case of with the copyright holder ever findout your selling there pictures on ebay????0

My OH works for a picture library, they make thousands on copyright cases, where people have just taken the picture to use without asking. Sometimes they are quite big companies who do it too.0

I would have thought stuff on ebay is gone so quickly it wouldnt really be worth them bothering about it.0

im not really bothered about ebay doing anything, im concerned about whoever took the picture finding out0

I would think it would be quite difficult to enforce copyright on something like this.
Look on ebay and see all the microsoft copy's, if they cant stop their work being copied who can??
Wouldn't it be rather difficult for a single person to take legal action regarding copyright?0
