Is there a template letter for when you send off the questionnaire or first raise your complaint? I cant seem to find one ... x

Hiya
The template letter was removed and replaced by the reclaiming questionnaire, but if you want to write an enclosed letter that is optional, and also recommended to write in your own words, for a better success rate.

make sure you fill in all the boxes on the questionnaire -- i've had loads of part filled questionnaires sent to me which don't help the investigation!We've spent decades teaching people about their rights, but nothing about their responsibilities.0
