Quick soup question

I made about a pint of chicken stock, and want to make some soup.

i don;t have a lot in:
chicken
onions
one manky courgette
sweetcorn
green beans
baked beans
mushy peas in tin
new pots in tin
cornflour
spices and herbs
stuffing mix

Any ideas? Or should I freeze it till I have more ingredients?

    I changed my mind again!

i finely chopped an onion and fried it and added that

Then grated my courgette and added that

Then I finely chopped the meat off the chicken legs and added that (bones are back in SC making more stock!)

I added bit of cornflour in cold water and am currently simmering.

Then will blend half of it, and maybe add some sweetcorn.

Hope it's going to be OK!!

    Later will blend

Just eaten it! It WAS lovely. Didn;t do the corn in the end, but the grated courgette added a lovely texture. Am v pleased with it :)

It's a bit late now, but apart from our various threads on soups laying about the place there's a lovely site that has all sorts of soup recipes on it (plus a whole lot more interesting stuf about soup) which I can heartily recommend. I've tried half a dozen of the recipes so far and they've all been winners:-
