    If that had been me, I would have lodged a formal complaint concerning a lack of confidentiality.

    That person had absolutely no business whatsoever questioning an instruction from HMRC.

    Their Line Management should have been informed in no uncertain terms about the conduct of their office.

    I'd also be off toot sweet to my Union....possibly my solicitor too.

    None of us would expect that lack of confidentiality from our GP's, would we?

    Or our bank?

    BR is not a disgrace, or a failure.....it is a process in exactly the same way as divorce.
    No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
