flippin lloydstsb.
i have banked with them for 20 years.
went to ATM with my business account debit card and the machine retained it as it had expired!!! no sign of a new issue card from them so i ring them and they have not issued a new one because i missed one loan payment in JUNE that was resolved and paid up three days later.
they claim they have written a letter to tell me this but i have never received it! to top it all this has now lead to a default on another payment.
i am not a happy bunny. may take my business elsewhere. can you do that?
rant over.

How can you not receiving a new Company debit card lead to a default on another payment?0

i defaulted in june on a couple of payments as it was a bad month and i didnt have sufficient funds in my account to cover my bills. so a payment got deferred to a debt collection agency. they take payments each month using my debit card details.
they have rang saying as i have defaulted payment they will be charging me an extra £50.I'm not a "SINGLE" mum, I'm a "DOUBLE" mum!:D0 -
So the card is a red herring - you did not have the money and of course it's the bank's fault.0

but the charges and payments were rectified over 12 weeks ago. the account has been in credit since then. the fact is, i did not recieve a letter as they have stated. saying that they would not issue a new card.
of course i am responsible for paying charges if there are insufficient funds. and i have done that. what have they achieved by taking my card and not issuing another????I'm not a "SINGLE" mum, I'm a "DOUBLE" mum!:D0
