is the listing. im hoping this isnt the case as so many have sold, and at £20 + a pop thats an awful lot of money for getting for nothing.
i could be wrong, but ive a feeling they may be selling the link for the hmv mispriced £2.99 years xbox live with a free tshirt.
ive emailed the seller who demands feedback before youve recieved the item  and promises a link will be sent....
hence me posting on here... im sure theres alot of folk on here whove been ebaying alot longer than me lol
is this a scam??
forgot to add, hmv ARNT honouring the misprice , they emailed me along with plenty of others to say it was a misprice

dodgy dodgy dodgy, i wouldn't touch this one with a bargepole! They have low fb which is obviously being built up with the request to leave fb before the code is sent. Seems they are asking people to wait until friday for the code. I also think they aren't covered by pp as it's not an actual item they are buying?0

Wow the spelling in that is amazing! Yes I agree I am sure it is a scam. Best thing to do is report it to ebay as even if they can't prove a scam then they can at least pull it on the basis that her terms are against ebay policy.
I think!House saving Targets:

i have reported it, just thought id post here incase i was wrong, and maybe give a heads up.... then again, i doubt if you lot are that stupid

heres my convo with her
Dear sherrie01978,
are you actually selling the xbox live? or are you selling a link to the hmv website wheres there has been a misprice that WONT be honoured?
Dear xxxxxx
as soon as payment is clear u get it, so just send me a good feed back and i will do to and i will mark it as sent and u will get it friday and wat is this thing with hmv website people keep going on about,
- sherrie01978
Dear sherrie01978,
a: you dont leave feedback without getting your item, that alone is a scam
b: the hmv offer is the only one which offers the black ops tshirt.
you dont have the codes so you shouldnt be selling them on the pretense that you do.
i will be reporting this item, i dont think its fair people should be conned out of their hard earned cash
-xxxxxx
Dear xxxxxxx
Hello, all items will be sent friday the 29th or even before then
only if payment is confirmed by paypal, so before then
i need feed back and the u will get feed back then i will mark the
item as sent but dont worrie its just to confirm payment because
iv been scammed before, so am not taking any risks again,
you will recieve the mail once item has been confirmed.
thankyou that is all
and ps i have stocks if ur not interested go
and pay retail price ok iv had good feedback
so its not a scam

Her funds are being held as she is a new user, hence the request for feedback as that releases payment to her. However, buyers have to take some responsibility here, this is so obviously 'wrong' what on earth are people doing going along with it?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Intangible goods are not covered, but there again the seller is breaking ebay rules.
I think there is a fair chance that buyers would lose a paypal claim, or else have to fight for one especially as by leaving feedback they are allowing seller to withdraw funds.
Best to keep trying to get this seller shut down before she gets to transfer her funds.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I have also reported the listing to ebay.
Silly person, it has to be the £2.99 deal from HMV. They are going to have fun with the 43 buyers who have already paid.0 -
