Just got 5 from ticket factory for cardiff and had e-mail confirmation, now off to work to make my excuses!

So at 9 this morning when everyone was blocking up the ticketmaster and seetickets sites the ents24 one went straight through on both my transactions for tickets at Sunderland and Manchester without any problems. I can still get through to purchacing tickets to both those venues without any problems at all as well.

i'm still waiting for my confirmation but i'm more worried and i dunno if this is just how ents24 do things but when i put my card details in i wasnt redirected to my bank site where you normally have to put 3 letters from your password in?did this happen to people who bought ents24 tickets?

Yep, I have been able to load that page just fine since 9am, but clicking on the "Order" link does not work for me. I am looking to order Reserved Seats for Manchester on Sat 4th June.

Been trying since 9am and can't get anywhere. Ticketmaster, ticketsoup, tickey factory, ents24...all keep crashing. I guess I'm not destined to get to see them next year

Managed to get two tickets for Sat 02/07 from Ents24. No confirmation yet though.

However I did win Bon Jovi tickets through Ents24 back in June and had no problems. Brilliant seats and view, and no problems picking up the tickets at the O2, so I'm hopeful that all will be ok.

Can I ask you if you had any problems on Ticket Soup? I got onto the site no problem but no matter what date I try or how many tickets I put in it just keeps saying there aren't enough tickets for my request!

So frustrating. Been trying to get tickets since 9am.

So am I right in saying that none of shows are sold out, just that people cannot actually connect to the site to purchase tickets?
