My husband bought 4 tickets for Sunderland on the ticketmaster automated service, they've sent him the boking reference number so we can print a receipt but can't for the life of us find out where to put it on the Ticketmaster website - does anyone know?????

Depends where you live surely? Sunderland is a 2 hour train journey from here and we didn't get Glasgow tickets so this is great for us.

If you are logged in click on MyTicketmaster at the top of the page then Print Receipt from the menu on the right.

Got 3 for Manchester after waiting on Ticketmaster...went to See tickets and had them in a couple of minutes. Hurrah! Thanks OP

Please be wary of buying tickets from See Tickets. I was going to try and order from them until I saw the reviews.
