Does anyone from HSBC bank frequent these forums?I have a problem that I can't resolve,I have telephoned them, mostly India call centres,I am pulling my hair out with them. They keep debiting my account with an item that has been paid, they pay it back to me,then take it back again, even though they admit they owe me the credit back,it's driving me insane, and I can't access my full money.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Tried your local branch? Ask to see the manager. If he/she can't sort it out then ask for him to escalate the problem to his area manager.

Go into your bank personally, if yu can.

Tell them you will take your business elsewhere if they dont finally resove it within 7 days.

Wait till you get your money back in and do it.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

HSBC like all banks have a complaint procedure. I suggest you follow it. At some point you will have to put your complaint in writing.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

After endless phone calls, and speaking to an English person, who still could not sort it,I searched the internet and found this number:0800-881155,it's a direct line to HSBC customer complaints,I explained the problem, they could see the problem, but it had to be sorted by a department in India!!!!!Within 30 minutes it was fixed, and the money back in my account, now to see if it stays there!!!:D
