I got a screen shot, so I can send them that if this isn't normal. I mean, I won a Scarf - its not the best prize for a big, shaven headed, bearded bloke to be wearing down the pub, but I'm sure my sister or mother would like it! (I keep entering it for the vouchers or the pen drive!)

me too, can't get the wheel to appear either and I have won twice (suppose I shouldn't be greedy!)

When i won i clicked the edit button, it brings up your details and also a submit button. hope that helps
