How long does it take to close A&L account?

Hi,
I am thinking to switch my A& L current account to First Direct as the 100 pounds bonus is very tempting. My A& L account was opened in June and got 100 pounds when I switched to them from HSBC. Few questions:
1. How long does it take to close an A&L current account?
2. Will there be any charge for closing the account?
3. My ISA account is with A&L, and First time home buyer account with Santander, will my closure of the current account have any effects on my the other two accounts?
