I have been with them for quite a few years, and I also have a savings account with them to avoid any charges. They are very good, and inform you of any problems immediately. I cannot say a bad thing about them, which is more than I can say for other banks I have been with. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

Once they receive your signed application, they will do a full credit search and most likely with Experian, you'll need to have a very good repayment history. Extremely unlikely that they'll contact you at work or your employer unless they suspect something not right in the details you provided....I have been with them for almost 2 years and they have been very good so far....0

The fact that they are sending me some sort of paperwork is ok with me, as I have applied before in the past and they have declined straight away.. My record is good, so fingers crossed..0 -
What's the fuss about? No branches, have to put a large sum of 1500 each month...
Customer service is a matter of opinion, luck.

The fact that you did not receive a straight decline this time is a start, that means that you comply with their minimum criteria...hope it all goes well for you0
