PDF of form TC 603

Hello, I need to correct the amount of my income for tax year 2008/2009 (I used the wrong exchange rate CHF->Pound when I filled the form), and I made a mistake on the TC 603 I have, so I crossed the line, and put the correct value above it, but I just found out that - You have to put correction BELOW - You have to use black ink (and I used blue ink) Now, I don't want to ask HMRC to send me another pack, it might take weeks (I don't live anymore in the UK), and also in theory I'm out of time for corrections. Do you know if some good folk scanned a blank TC 603 form and made a PDF out of it? Thank you

they dont accept photocopies of forms as a computer scans the info, if u dont want to ask for another form the only other option is doing it over the phone?
