Blocked number missed calls. Likely to be anything?

I have missed two calls on my mobile from a blocked number, one at 18:50 & another at 19:40.
I can't think of anyone who I know who rings using a blocked number (though I'm sure there must be someone)!
So I was wondering if any comps sometimes call in the evening and potentially with hold their number.

hate to be the bearer of bad news but i had a withheld number at 19.42 and it was the Times newspaper 0
