Hi all,

    From a quick look it looks like the "get you to attend a free seminar thinking you're going to make loads of easy money, then sell you more expensive seminars that may or may not contain any useful info that actually gets you anywhere" type of arrangement.

    If there's so much cash to be made, why are they telling you how to do it? Wouldn't you think they'd keep it secret?

    thanks for the promt reply. I rang them for more info on this. The guy on the other side did not mention anything about any seminars. He purley spoke about buying with them using the method they have in place.

    In partcular he asked me to pick an example that intrested and we talked through it.

    Do you guys still think this is a bad idea ???

  • One question, why would you as a potential buyer need to have a finder's fee available? Isn't that a kind of estate agent's commission, normally paid by the developer or vendor???
