Tax credits and child dla

My daughter was recentlky awarded dla, I called a week ago to tell tax credits and the said that it would be check to make sure she was getting it, called today to see if there was any progress to be told yes it had been verified and that my award was showing an underpayment but that was it, she had no idea when i would get it and what my new poayments will be!!
