Daily Express/ELC Fisher Price Toy

Aargggh. I am really fed up with this now. Over a week ago I went and bought the Express with the sole intention if geting the 'free' Fisher Price Toy from the Early Learning Centre as a present for a child at Christmas.
On the day the voucher came out they didn't have any of the toy but said they would be getting some later in the week. On thursday they still didn't have them and were hoping to get them on Friday.
Today (Monday) they still don't have any over a week after the offer was published - it's really, really annoying.
I know they said they will honour the deal when they get some in, but argggggh.
